The Danesmoor Group is a multifaceted operation, comprising three principal businesses, PWS Distributors (including PWS worksurfaces), Life Kitchens (retail and commercial), and Danesmoor, a sales agency with exclusive UK representation of market leading OEMs producing products for the sector and one of the industry’s leading, advisory and design consultancies.
The group also operates several market leading brands, including, Second Nature Kitchens and 1909 Kitchens.
We are a fully integrated operation with an end-to-end and dynamic proposition, ranging from market analysis and product development, through to manufacturing, distribution and retail. Both the trade and the end consumer require direction, choice, flexibility, and reliability, and the Danesmoor Group is committed to providing this.
The Danesmoor Group is an independent, family business now in its fifth generation, and we are justifiably proud of our 115 year plus heritage and our development into a market leading, multidimensional organisation.
The Group has followed an ambitious strategy of largely organic and some acquisitive growth, underpinned by significant investment in infrastructure, innovation, manufacturing and finishing. Projects include the development of one of the largest independent worksurfaces fabrication units operating in the UK; one of the most advanced automated paint finishing facilities in Europe; two design centres; the Life Kitchens for Living retail and professional businesses and manufacturing and joinery facilities.
The Group's independence and established UK production and distribution infrastructure is a significant advantage to customers, particularly in an uncertain global trading climate and economy, when access and availability of product and materials can be sourced from one under one roof.
During this period, there has been a significant broadening in the scope and shape of the businesses within the Danesmoor Group. This diversification has been enabled by inherent in-depth market knowledge via the Danesmoor agency, and access to key resources, suppliers and know-how - a privilege largely unmatched by others in the sector. Development has been driven by substantial investment across every element of the business: product, process, people and skills, property, logistics, manufacturing, infrastructure, technology, sales and marketing.

As a group, we work with many best in class suppliers. This applies to all divisions and elements of the organisation, from kitchen and bedroom components to the paint we use in our paint facility and the CNC and fabricating machinery we use in our joinery and worksurfaces factories.
