The Manufacturing Supervisor leads daily Goods In, Despatch, Door Drilling and Manual Packing activities, ensuring safe, efficient product flow and achievement of departmental KPIs, including processing and despatch rates and OTIF performance. The role is responsible for final inspection, packing, documentation and despatch standards so that products arrive complete, undamaged and presentable.
